We automate manual work, facilitate collaboration, and streamline operations so businesses can make better decisions.By reimagining legal documents, we take the stress out of contract management, empowering brilliant people to do their best work while fueling exponential growth.The Role:As an Implementation Consultant at Evisort contributes to the company's success by acting as a bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions. This role analyzes organizations, designs their processes and systems, and assesses the business model and its integration with the selected technology. As a key leader in improving the quality of the services being delivered, you will implement the Evisort platform for our clients, liaise between the client and Evisort's data science, engineering, and product teams, support the development of project plans and best practices, and ensure the client's use cases are met with Evisort, setting the client up for success. Our ideal candidate will have significant exposure to CLM and Contract Analytics/AI software implementation, contract management, and documentation of business processes and software requirements over several years.What You'll Do:Create and adhere to detailed project plans for the successful and timely implementation of the Evisort platformPrepare detailed client solution requirements, design and architecture documentation for configuration and custom integrationsConfigure CLM and Contract Analytics solutions Configure CLM and Contract Analytics solutionsCommunicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver the product's functional requirementsDocument the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtain sign-off from the appropriate client Coordinate with the business unit that performs testing, validating, and evaluation of new applications and functions, and determine any potential issues that may arise Identify issues that could impact the scope and work with the project manager to identify solutions Manage the issue log and manage change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines Partner with clients directly in the implementation of the Evisort platform and transformation of their contract management process Skills/Qualifications:5+ years experience in documenting business processes, use cases, and software requirements is preferred 5+ years of hands-on CLM and/or Contract Analytics configuration experienceWorking knowledge of Agile-Kanban implementation methodologyStrong preference for experience delivering solutions to external (not in-house) customersHard-working, innovative, and comfortable in a high-energy, dynamic work environmentCurious and a problem solver with an ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information analyticallyExceptional communication skills (including relationship-building, conflict resolution, writing, and presentation skills) Analytical skills, especially the ability to generate alternative solutions and manage risk by driving criteria for trade-off decisions Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce, Workday)JD or Paralegal Certificate, Legal Operations, Contract Administration/Management preferred>$0 - $0 a yearEvisort is an E-verify employer.
