- Position: Asset Associate
- Location: Onsite in Coraopolis (office location)
- Employment Type: W2 Contract
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming IT equipment shipments.
- Perform asset tagging and labeling of IT equipment according to company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by updating asset management systems and databases.
- Assist with physical data center installations and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and oversee vendor activities.
- Prepare outgoing shipments of IT equipment and ensure timely delivery to corporate users.
- Deploy computer equipment to office employees and provide basic setup assistance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized IT depot environment.
- Perform occasional after-hours work as required by business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
