Job at a Glance:

  • Location: Onsite in Coraopolis (office location)
  • Employment Type: W2 Contract

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive, inspect, and document incoming IT equipment shipments.
  2. Perform asset tagging and labeling of IT equipment according to company standards.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy by updating asset management systems and databases.
  4. Assist with physical data center installations and maintenance tasks as needed.
  5. Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and oversee vendor activities.
  6. Prepare outgoing shipments of IT equipment and ensure timely delivery to corporate users.
  7. Deploy computer equipment to office employees and provide basic setup assistance.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized IT depot environment.
  9. Perform occasional after-hours work as required by business needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory data.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
