Summary: Wireless Sales Consultant role at AT&T, responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers, meeting sales targets, and earning commissions in a fast-paced retail environment. We're offering a $3,000 Sign On Bonus for external candidates, including this location. This bonus is paid out in three installments: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, and $2,000 at 1 year of service. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you'll be at the center of it all, creating personalized sales experiences for every customer. You'll have the power of AT&T's full suite of products at your fingertips, including the latest devices and services that bring friends, families, and communities closer together. Key Responsibilities: Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging your drive and passion for helping people. Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need you. Be flexible and open to change, staying current with evolving tech and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required – we'll provide the tools, training, and coaching you need to succeed. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you'll earn between $18.22 and $21.92 per hour, plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
