Project Manager - Commercial Construction Projects Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Maintain budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or requirements. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet established standards. A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction Projects should have: Construction related degree is strongly preferred but not a deal breaker. 6-10+ years of project management experience at a commercial general contractor. Knowledge of estimating. Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects at once. Experience with financial facility projects is a major plus. Willingness to travel regionally up to 3 day trips a month. Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $135,000 USD annually. Comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.
