IT Director

New Job Opportunity - IT Director New job opportunity with a client based out of Hunt Valley, MD.Looking to hire an experienced IT Director with at least 5+ years in It Management - Someone who has started their own team and experienced working with an MSP. Experience in the mortgage industry is highly preferred (Familiarity with mortgage technology applications) Type/Logistics of the Role: Full Time -Direct Hire - Our client is looking in pay in the range of 155k-180k (Dependent on experience) Hunt Valley, MD - 1-2 days on site initially then could beremote. Candidates must be located in the DMV Day to Day Activities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of IT modernization business systems

Lead and mentor a team of ITprofessionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and effectiveness

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize IT operations, enhance system and operations performance, and mitigate risks to meet & exceed various SLAs

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business and system modernization requirements and align IT operations goals

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field experiences; Master’s degree preferred Familiarity with mortgage technology applications experience implementing IT Policies/procedures as well as IT budgeting and resource management Strong leadership skills with experience leading and developing high performing teams

Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
