Red Cliffs Health and Rehab in St George, UT is actively looking to hire full-time CNAs for Night Shift. We offer 12-hour shifts (6PM-6AM).

CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants/Nursing Assistants) are the backbone of the healthcare industry. Red Cliffs Health and Rehab is looking for Nursing Assistants to join our growing team. At our facility, here is what you can expect:

Job Description:

  • Answer residents' call lights to determine needs
  • Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
  • Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
  • Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive an appropriate diet
  • Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
  • Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements:
  • Possess a current CNA certification in good standing
  • Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
  • Able to make decisions independently when warranted
  • Reliable, kind, hard-working
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care
