Job Description
- Genesis Cancer Care Institute offers leading technology with collaborative services for radiation oncology, genetic testing, clinical trials and infusion resources.
- Will cover Davenport, IA and Silvis, IL clinics
- Inpatient consultations primarily at Genesis Medical Center-Davenport, IA
- Shared call
- Iowa and Illinois License required

- Hospitalist team proving inpatient support
- Autonomy to build the practice you desire, while enjoying the benefits of employment through a medical group and working in a cohesive team environment.
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision. Clean malpractice is preferred.
- Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee, then transition to wRVU Model (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
- 100K Sign-on bonus

- Relocation assistance up to BR,000 if applicable
- 4 Weeks Vacation, Plus 6 Holidays
- CME Allowance and 1 Week for CME

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Hematology - REQUIRED
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Medical Oncology - REQUIRED
- IA and IL licenses (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA Verbal Confirmation (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
- CSR/CDA (or able to obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice - PREFERRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
