The Opportunity

Physical Therapist Clinic Manager opportunity in an exceptional outpatient clinic where quality patient care is the top priority. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the practice owners in a culture of teamwork and collaboration. The Clinic Manager is responsible for leading the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This is not your typical Clinic Director role of high pressure and endless overtime. What You Will Do

Support and manage staff through hiring, on-boarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities.
Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed.
Manage daily operations of the clinic including staff scheduling, front office, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance logs.
Understand clinic performance to support success of clinic goals. Work with Practice owner to develop and implement plans as necessary to improve overall clinic success ensuring proper coaching to align individual team performance to goals.
Foster professional relationships to support clinic growth including but not limited to new patient, physician referrals, and workers compensation.
Provide comprehensive care to achieve successful patient outcomes
Complete proper documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications:

Your Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapy License in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
A fervent commitment to patient-centered care.
