We are looking for an experienced Document Retention Supervisor to join our team and help us manage our records in an efficient and compliant manner in Conshohocken, PA. We are looking for a professional who has an excellent understanding of electronic records management principles and practices, and who can bring a passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, can multitask, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, and has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Records retention role.

This position will handle Projects to scan prior period documents that are staffed to get current. Going forward this will oversee a system driven document retention and be responsible for ensuring each Patient info has all documents retained per CMS rules and Guidelines.

Essential Functions of Position:

Subject matter expert for record management Maintains knowledge of all applicable standards for electronic retention and release of records. Maintains awareness of new opportunities for record management that can provide better quality while managing costs. Evaluates record retention practices through ongoing periodic audits. Recommends opportunities for improvement. Utilizes various technology options including but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint and Office, Hyland Onbase Systems, Iron Mountain and third-party systems. Maintains the official record of storage including what is stored where, details of storage contracts and destruction plans.

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience in a Records Management role. Strong experience in Data Document Excellent understanding of records management principles and practices, and passion for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records

Compensation (range):

$55k- $65k(depending on experience)
