Job Description

Aids in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a service catalog policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Is an SME in the development and owns the maintains of enterprise-wide service catalogs.Monitors deviations of governing rules that controls changes to the service catalog.Partners with Pricing Associates to obtain the pricing to be uploaded into the pricing repository and align on service hierarchy.Provides guidance and assists in uploading massive price changes such as yearly increases as required by the different business lines.Collaborates with the Sales Technology Enablement team for CPQ management.Maintains KPIs with different insights such as service duplications.Provides data support such as extracting price point data by service catalog or by client.Collects data from a variety of sources, evaluates and interprets data, and draws conclusions.Involved in the development, modification, and execution of programs/projects that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect.Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management.Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in Systems, Computer Science or general Business or equivalent of education and work experience.3-4 years of relevant work experience.Strong understanding of Oracle tables.
