Unlock your potentialJob Summary and QualificationsGENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Occupational Therapist is a registered therapist who, under general supervision, is responsible for therapeutic management of a specific caseload of patients from evaluation to treatment planning and implementation. SUPERVISOR: Practice Manager DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • • Reviews patient history and interprets physician referral. • • Evaluates patient's occupational performance using both objective and subjective techniques, according to department policy and procedures. • • Develops and adjusts on an ongoing basis a treatment program based on patient/family needs, goals, strengths, age, abilities, and preferences.
