**Job Description/Work Environment** :
+ Precision sheet metal fabrication Job shop and very clean fabrication shop.
+ Will be main welder in weld department welding precision sheet metal fabricated parts. Will be range of small to large parts and short prototype to high production.
+ Will be reading from blue prints and welding on light gage tight tolerance cold rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum product.
+ Will set own fixtures, layouts and welding.
+ Job shop environment, culture is very deadline intensive and numbers driven. Also must be versatile on project base, material, etc due to Job Shop environment.
+ Temp Controlled work environment and very clean/organized
+ High Safety Culture
+ 75 employees on 1st shift
+ 30+ employees on 2nd shift
**Hours** :
+ 1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm M-Th, 6am-10am Fri
**Starting Pay/Benefits** :
+ $24-$30/hr depending interview, weld test, previous experience
+ Beautiful sheet metal precision job shop
+ One of the nicer fab shops in the cities and also newer equipment
+ Excellent benefits - 2 weeks vacation eligible after 90 days, 50% paid premiums on health/medical/vision/dental, matching 401k up to 2%
+ 2nd generation family business so still has small company feel
+ Monthly company catered lunch for safety rewards and high focus on shop safety
+ Will do contract to hire or Direct Placement depending on level of skill set
