Work hours: The schedule is generally Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:45 pm, and up to two Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:30pm. The daily schedule may vary according to HR/Training Department needs.

Summary: The Staff Trainer is primarily responsible for conducting technical training activities for lending functions and will also conduct member services and teller training as needed to assist other Training Department staff. This position also provides general support of HR/Training Department activities. In the absence of training needs, the Staff Trainer will serve as a Float to support staffing needs in other departments/offices as needed.

Requirements: Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of previous financial institution experience; lending experience in a credit union is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, professional written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. This position requires intermediate IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to maneuver through Windows and browser-based applications. Prior training or coaching experience is preferred.
