This role is at our Macedon, NY headquarters and can be hybrid. WHAT WE NEED The BRF Digital team is responsible for driving Digital Transformation across all aspects of Baldwin Richardson Foods. The Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing larger, cross-organization Digital product development activities. They will collaborate closely with our Enterprise Project Management office to ensure process consistency and collectively driving project management best practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO Project manage our larger, cross functional Digital projects. This includes all traditional project managing activities including scheduling, cost tracking, communication, documentation, and regular team reviews. These projects will comprise a variety of applications with a strong bias towards larger commercial applications that require both external partnership as well as cross functional internal engagement. Collaborate with our Enterprise Project Management team to ensure we collectively use consistent PM best practices. Maintain project portfolios of medium to high complexity including but not limited to new product commercialization, cost savings, and growth projects. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved and impacts on the business are understood and mitigated. Identify and secure support resources to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects through full scale implementation. Support Product Lifecycle Management. Evaluate business and project processes, implement enhancements, automated manual processes, and train the organization on best practices. Train the Digital team on PM best practices in both Waterfall and Agile approaches. Continuous learning of best practices through participation in training, conferences, and related activities, and defining the application of these with BRF. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field Five (5) plus years of project management experience in IT and software related applications, including enterprise scale solutions like ERP deployments.

Experience implementing and administrating complex programs and portfolios. Experience in IT application development and deployment. Proficiency in software and application related project management. Proficiency with both waterfall and Agile best practices, as well as incorporating ongoing risk assessments into the process.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Demonstrated experience with industrial manufacturing organizations. Experience with SAP S4/HANA and related SAP applications. Familiarity with Organizational Change Management (OCM) best practices. At BRF, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between

$120,000 and $130,000 . Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
