Production Clerk Compensation: Starting pay of $19.00-23.00/hr Location: Minneapolis, KS Grow your skillset while learning and contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment Progressive and growing master distributor of industrial fasteners seeks a dynamic, team-oriented person to support our growing production team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, strong attention-to-detail, and a desire to contribute to the perfection of our excellent production sequence. Be ready to learn Your training plan will include learning the ins-and-outs of our software systems, operational processes, and incredible workplace culture. Responsibilities Data-entry, production, and interpretation of documentation for inventory management, production prints, daily inspection records, work orders, and secondary processes utilizing propriety software systems. Maintain an orderly filing system. Ensure we meet customer needs and maintain a high level of service. Prioritize production sequence based on customer demand and lead time. Perform other related duties as required. Work Environment The incumbent will operate within our manufacturing office and work collaboratively with friendly and skilled operational teammates, office personnel, and leadership. This is a manufacturing plant environment this includes occasional exposure to high temperatures, moving machinery, moving equipment, heights and confined spaces. Qualifications Ideal qualifications: Strong administrative skills, detail orientation, and competent personal organization. Effective oral and written communication skills. Extensive learning agility and a strong desire to learn new skills. Enjoys data entry and clerical functions. Internal sense of customer service and team play.
