ABOUT THE ROLE

Schedule: This full-time excavating position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with additional opportunities for weekends, on-call, and overtime as needed. Positions are available in Anderson, IN, and Muncie, IN

Your Typical Day: As a Lead Excavator, you dive into the heart of our excavation projects each day, replacing underground water and sewer systems with precision. Operating excavation machinery, you ensure job sites are prepared and maintained. You lead your team, manage site safety, and handle equipment upkeep. Your role is crucial in delivering top-notch results and keeping everything running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of excavation experience in the plumbing field
