Qualifications:

3+ yr. warehouse experience and have the ability to utilize scanning device.

Responsibilities:

Receiving Sorter/ Put-away- remove parts from shipping cartons and check for accuracy, scan parts to WMS with scan gun, sort parts by location in warehouse accurately store and scan parts to locations.

Operate battery powered cart.

Cycle Counter – accurately count parts in locations enter information into scan gun accurately. Store and scan parts to locations operate battery powered cart.

Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. as some parts may be heavy.

New Temp Warehouse Worker Briefing:

Steel / Composite Toe Boots – Are mandatory. Employees who arrive at work without the appropriate footwear will be turned away by security.

Dress Code – Solid color t-shirts. No hoodies, ripped jeans, multi-colored or studded pants. No T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. with inappropriate pictures or writing on them. Knee length shorts are allowed.

Masks – required to be warn in warehouse (regardless of vaccination status).

Badges – Must be displayed/visible at ALL TIMES.

Attendance/Late – Employees are expected to arrive prior to their start time. If you will be late, call the call off-line mentioned below.

Calling Off – Must call the call off-line prior to your shift, stating your name and reason for call-off. Supervisors will be notified. You are also expected to notify your supplier. Please follow NA Covid Policy.

Cell phones – Cell phones are prohibited on the warehouse floor. In the event of an emergency, please speak with your direct supervisor.

Sign-in Sheets – To be signed upon arrival and departure with security (must provide picture ID or will not be allowed in the building).

Activity Sheets – Must be filled out and completed daily and turned in to your direct supervisor.

Prohibited Items – Headphones, ear buds, hoodies, or anything that may restrict your sight and hearing are prohibited on the warehouse floor. No food on the warehouse floor. Water is allowed.

Weapons – Weapons of any sort are not permitted on company grounds. Assignment will be immediately ended if you are found with any weaponry.

Shelves and refrigerators – Are available. Per company policy, any food left in the facility on Friday will be discarded.

Smoking Area – Please use designated space only.

Evacuation Policy – Receive a map and tour of Redlands RDC facility to understand the emergency exits available around the building; how to evacuate the building using the closest exit and meet at the exterior evacuation meeting point.
