LaSalle is teaming up with a prominent food manufacturing company to find their next Contract Bilingual Recruiter. This position involves working five days a week onsite in the west suburbs. Join us in this exciting role, contributing to the success of our client and enhancing your career.

Contract Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate sourcing
  • Conduct both face-to-face and phone interviews for various hourly positions, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and thorough evaluation techniques
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience
Contract Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for expertise in high-volume hourly roles
  • Showcase the ability to conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating a keen eye for assessing candidate suitability
  • Exhibit proficiency in handling diverse recruitment challenges, displaying adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
