Regarded as one of the best country club lifestyles in Wisconsin, the Beloit Club offers our members an award-winning 18-hole golf course, family-friendly pool areas, a stunning clubhouse facility spanning 24,000 square feet and incredible dining experiences at every stop.

**WHO YOU ARE**

Under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage, you will provide the club's members and guests with prompt, friendly and efficient food and beverage service.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

This can include, but is not limited to:

* Greet members and their guests and maintain a friendly, positive, helping, and motivated attitude.

* Sell and serve products throughout the establishment.

* Responsible for organizing and stocking products.

* Maintain an accurate inventory of all products being sold on the beverage cart.

* Perform cash handling and transaction operations.

* Attend to members and guests needs throughout the facility.

* Observe all safety practices and protocols.

* Maintain cleanliness of golf cart during operating hours and at end of shift.

* Must check with manager or pool supervisor before leaving the property.

* Follow all safety guidelines

* Perform all other duties assigned

Requirements

**WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Valid Operator's License (bartender)

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Ability to provide members with first-class service

* Adequate knowledge of alcoholic beverages

* Capable of operating a motor vehicle. A valid, unexpired drivers license is required.

* Ability to manage cash handling

* Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* High attention for detail and great organizational skills

* Must be able to follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching groups

**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

* Work tasks are performed mainly outdoors. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather.

* Requires frequent bending, stooping, intervals of walking, standing and sitting during the day.

* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

* May experience exposure to various insects, dirt, mud, dust, pollen and approved pesticides and cleaning chemicals.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**

* Generally in an outdoor setting.

* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

**SCHEDULE**

Varying schedule to include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
