POSITION SUMMARY This is a critical role that will drive the growth and expansion of one or more product lines. As a key member of the Product Management team, the incumbent will lead and collaborate on innovation pipeline growth, product line strategy, and manage the business performance of their product lines. This is a critical leadership role in the organization as Product Management owns and drives the strategy and performance of their product lines (‘book of business’) across the functions, customers, regions, technologies and products of the entire organization. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS BS degree in Engineering, Business Management, or technical field. 3-5 years of product management experience in Healthcare materials, wearables, medical device components and products, and/or closely related Healthcare markets and product portfolios. Consistent track record of developing new products from concept through commercialization. High performance, dynamic, innovation driven, customer and technology-centric mindset. Comprehension in MS Office & 365 Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a Product Management role driving or supporting overall portfolio strategy and leading or supporting new product development program. Product life-cycle management including portfolio planning, product rationalization, Voice of Customer (VOC), P&L management, Business Intelligence, Market & Pricing Strategy. Work within innovative applications engineering environments a plus. MS, MBA degree or an advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience in developing and implementing Long-Range Roadmap (3-5 years) that includes development/optimization and launching differentiated technology platforms. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Global Strategy & Management Responsible for managing and supporting global product line strategy to increase revenue, including ownership of Pricing with commercial teams. Partnering with SBU Manager of Healthcare, to develop and complete long-range technology platform plans and NPD roadmap, drive evolution of the product lines, lead and drive NPD projects from ideation through NPI and commercialization. Manage the positioning plans and tactics of all products and services considering price, performance, competitive position, and profitability. Leadership Continuously pursuing and investing in the development of their leadership, strategy, product management, influence, teamwork and collaboration, and all supporting skills as they grow and expand their careers. Lead cross-functional teams through development and transformation programs and drive problem resolution including all aspects of NPD, PLCM and product line optimization, S&OP and forecasting, product marketing / NPI, business growth and recovery, and improvement of profitability, OTD/P, Quality, NPD, and Inventory and related contract management. Drive and support developmental relationships with suppliers and strategic alliances, partnering with R&D and Procurement in technology platform development to support NPD roadmap. Leads and/or supports development of new markets, business models, and supports M&A, strategic partnerships, and private branding agreements. Research & Intelligence Monitor and assess competitive intelligence and as a result develop and implement proactive strategies to strengthen the product line’s competitive edge. Work to conduct market and voice of customer (VOC) research including OEMs, customers, and industry alliances, and validate internal BI and external data to drive decisions on development of product strategies, plans, and identification of new opportunities. Cultivate deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities and drive through to tangible results. Gather and synthesize data to drive conclusions from key findings and proactively lead change company-wide to drive growth. Direct Reports Potential future state.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS Hybrid Employee requires regular travel to a Flexcon facility and will require a dedicated remote and onsite office space (does need to live within a reasonable driving commute to FLEXcon Facility). Estimated travel 30% ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH AND SAFETY: Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all environmental and safety regulations, including the Company’s environmental and safety policies and procedures.
