***Calling All Receptionists*** ProRehab Physical Therapy is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist in the Henderson area. This individual must be motivated and a team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. Our practice is passionate about patient care, and we are looking for someone who is detailed, organized & reliable with previous front office experience. **Job Type: Full-time**

**Front Desk Medical Receptionist Responsibilities includes:**

* Front desk scheduling

* Greeting patients, and checking them in and out for appointments

* Answering phones and email inquiries

* Collecting co-pays and other fees required prior to office visits

* Obtaining pre-authorizations for patient visits

* Insurance re-verifications

* Data entry, running reports, auditing and filing

* Maintaining the front desk and reception areas

* Patient and physician interaction on the phone, and in-person.

* Managing, updating, and charting patient records in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system

* Additional duties as assigned

Previous medical/dental front office, administrative, customer service, or front office experience is a definite must. History of working with insurance benefits, pre-authorization, and approval is preferred. If you are or desire to be an **AmaZing Receptionist** , we want you on our team
