This Senior Tax Manager can work remote or hybrid.

This position is also open to relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.

Act as a liaison with various business leaders to address tax implications across departments. Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units on M&A endeavors, conducting tax due diligence, assessing tax components in acquisition agreements, and facilitating post-acquisition integration and compliance

Keep abreast of tax law and regulatory updates, ensuring the company maintains compliance with evolving tax standards.

Lead the preparation and examination of the consolidated income tax provision, including crafting tax disclosures for the company’s SEC filings.

Formulate and execute tax strategies to enhance the company’s tax position and mitigate tax obligations

Spearhead projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of experience as a tax professional in a public accounting firm and/or in a corporate tax department.

Nice to have:

J.D., CPA, or Publicly Traded Company experience

Experience in M&A or technical tax work
