Fulfillment - Operations Lead
Classification: Non Exempt
Reports to: Director of Operations

Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Lead is of great importance to Plant Therapy. The purpose of this role is to
effectively manage and deliver both short and long-term fulfillment goals and drive a high
standard of safety and quality. A person in this position will lead a culture of continuous
improvement by developing teams within fulfillment operations.

Essential Functions:
? Assume operational responsibility for the fulfillment team and all related activities, in
support of the Fulfillment Manage and departmental goals, which include our order
fulfillment and Amazon process areas.
? Act as key stakeholder in maintaining accurate inventory levels including finished goods
within fulfillment related work areas.
? Achieve a high level of proficiency and knowledge in our ERP and WMS systems as they
relate to all fulfillment functions and workflow to drive improvement in how we leverage
these tools to support the business.
? Work closely with Purchasing and Supply Chain Management to coordinate and execute
fulfillment deliverables and timelines.
? Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
? Assist with the duties and responsibilities of the Material Handler, as needed.
? Ensure that employees follow safety standards at all times while maintaining a safe work
environment.
? Develop fulfillment employees to ensure they have a clear understanding of the
expectations of their role, and to identify opportunities to improve performance.
? Provide cross training opportunities for individual growth.
? Meet and exceed department KPI goals through associate development and strong
leadership.

relationships.
? Ability to coach and mentor employees one-on-one or in a group setting.
? Strong leadership skills to provide direction to drive department, team, and individual
performance.

Required Qualifications:
? High school diploma, or equivalent.
? 2+ years of leadership responsibility required.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

? 3+ years of order fulfillment and inventory control experience, preferably in a food,
dietary supplement, or personal care/cosmetic manufacturing environment.

? Employee is frequently required to bend, kneel and squat.

Work Environment:
? Employee will work in a manufacturing and office setting.
? The individual must be able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.
