Position Overview: Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We're looking for a talented Senior Accountant to join our growing team and contribute to our dynamic organization. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals, gain exposure to a wide range of financial activities, and make a meaningful impact on our business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
