Responsibilities:

Study, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for new products.

Work closely with clients and internal team to understand technical requirements from clients.

Engage with Production Planning and Buyers, Materials department, Quality Teams, Engineering Design Teams, Suppliers, to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Prepare and update WI, BOM, drawings, and Production jigs.

Prepare and execute validation activities in NPI stages.

Conduct trainings for the teams before handover of projects to Production.

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

At least 3 years of related experience.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge and experience in Solidworks/cleanroom is an added advantage.
