LOD, a Consilio Company, seeks an experienced Commercial Contracts attorney to support a client. The Attorney will assist with separating and redrafting contracts for two of their divisions (paper receipts and labels). This role involves analyzing, splitting, and redrafting various agreements with 71 different customers, including MSAs with multiple amendments.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: Targeting ASAP

Duration: Approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension

Setup: Remote assignment.

Pay: $80 per hour

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong familiarity with vendor contracts and key terms
  • Experience in contracts management and electronic filing in SharePoint
  • Ability to draft notice letters, confidentiality agreements, and NDAs
  • A good personality, easy to work with, and the ability to follow directions without a "takeover spirit"

Candidate Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in drafting commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of MSAs, confidentiality agreements, NDAs, and standard vendor contracts
  • Proficiency in filing and contracts management within SharePoint

This is a short-term project with flexible hours. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented professional who can handle the demands of this role effectively.
