ABOUT THIS JOB:

The Project Management Marketing intern (3-6 months, with potential for extension based on performance) will support the project management and marketing departments in executing marketing campaigns, managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both project management and marketing within a fast-paced environment and insights into branding and marketing strategies for diverse industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking marketing projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to coordinate efforts and align project goals.
  • Task Management: Maintain project timelines and deadlines using tools like Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and project updates for internal and external communication.
  • Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for consistency and adherence to brand standards.

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
  • Passion for branding and marketing
Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR:
  • Previous Marketing/Project Management experience

SCHEDULE:
  • In-office
  • TBD Flexible schedule, 15-20 hours/per week (Part-time)

JOB TYPE:
  • Part-time Internship (3-6 months, with potential for extension based on performance)
TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
