Aspirus is currently seeking a SENIOR BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION ADVISOR in Wausau, Wisconsin .The Senior Business Transformation Advisor serves as an internal consultant by employing critical thinking skills, situation analysis, and creative approaches to identify and successfully drive business enhancing solutions. This role works closely with executive leadership and is responsible for modeling, training, and coaching executive leaders in business and data acumen and developing problem-solving mindsets. This role is responsible for mentoring and engaging other Business Transformation team members, providing expertise in business analytical tools and executive thinking and behaviors, and facilitating complex cross-system organizational projects. Hours :This position is Full Time; 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per pay period. Education Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management tools, and when and how to use them, normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, Business Management, Organizational Excellence, or other related profession Experience A minimum of six years of experience in broad application of business knowledge, facilitating, coaching, problem solving, and strategic planning. Background in finance, operations, strategic planning, or management preferred. Consulting with senior executives on business strategy and major program implementations. Practical experience in managing large projects and portfolios. Practical use of continuous improvement tools including process mapping, problem solving, DMAIC, or other elements of the Green Belt body of knowledge. Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence leaders at various levels. Ability to manage and interpret data for effective decision making, forecasting, and planning. Certifications Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (such as from the American Society for Quality, or other institution) required or must be achieved within 1 year of hire.
