Key Responsibilities:
•Assess and evaluate students' physical capabilities and needs
•Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy interventions
•Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
•Collaborate with educators, school staff, and parents to create comprehensive care plans
•Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
