Technical skills:

Minimum 10 + years of BY-,S Technical Development & support experience.

Strong Troubleshooting Skills BY-,S version 2019 and above.

( technical skills on the cloud version would be added bonus)

Worked on Implementation of BY ,S at a Distribution Center with B2B (business to business), D2C (Direct to Consumer) functionality.

Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Page builder, Reports and labels.

Must have strong understanding and capability of executing SQLs

Able to read MOCA logs and pin point issues with MTF server tasks, Integration tasks, other BY-,S functionality

Strong experience in integration of JDA ,S with variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator.

Hand on experience in HOST/WCS/TMS/PClientel integrations ( All or any one is ok)

Should know BY-,S functionality end-to-end with ability to understand the installed configuration.

Should have worked a highly integrated software systems on cloud.

Has experience in managing IT and business SLAs

Able to prepare Weekly Status Reports (WSR) with knowledge or MTTR, MTTS

Well versed with the support protocols such as escalation paths during P1/P2, Major Incident Management (MIM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Working knowledge of ITIL tools like Service Now is a bonus

Behavioral skills:

Enthusiastic and must have the drive to face challenges

Natural leadership skills are mandatory and will be evaluated on the same

Ability to lead technical strength and ownership

Will need to regularly talk to VPs, directors and IT managers on site explaining issues, successes and failure points

Will engage in a multi cultural environment so conversational skills (f2f, video, email, chat) should be excellent..
