Raffaele Construction have a wide range of experience in construction including excavation, site

development,masonry

and utility repair services throughout the Commonwealth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Estimator at Raffaele Construction Corp. The role requires the Estimator to carry out day-to-day tasks associated with estimating and construction contracts.

Qualifications

Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs skills

Knowledge of construction contracts

Knowledge of municipal and state permitting procedures

Cost Management and Budgeting skills

Excellent Communication skills

Must have a high school diploma. Associates degree or bachelors degree preferred in Construction Management or related field of study

3 years+ experience in construction estimating or related field

Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

Knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry practices

Experience using construction estimating software(Planswift preferred or compatable)

Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets
