We are seeking a talented engineer leader for our New York Electrical Department who will also collaborate enterprise wide. Primary responsibilities will include: •Serve as an engineering leader and technical expert with the ability to answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering staff. •Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for electrical engineering staff to use and abide by. •Propose and oversee budgets and timelines for engineering projects. •Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff. •Communicate and collaborate with other managers, suppliers, and contractors. •Prepare and deliver various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally •Perform department management activities including recruitment, hiring, coaching, and leadership Requirements for this position include: •10 plus years’ experience in electrical/fire alarm design •Team supervisory experience • Bachelor’s degree electrical engineering required •Strong technical writing & software skills including Revit •

Sound

knowledge of building codes •

Great
