Location: 2137 Pacific Highway Responsibilities for our Front Office Supervisor: Ensure Front Desk policies and procedures are consistently followed. Provide constant support for our Front Desk team. Responsible for training Front Desk staff to provide outstanding customer service and hospitality. Supervising staff and all Front Desk activities including check-ins and check-outs, phone etiquette, handling high balances, and maintaining inventory in our gift shop. Act as a liaison between departments and ensure proper communication takes place with the Front Desk. Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the Front Office and Front Desk managers. Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed. Resolving escalated customer complaints in a swift, efficient, and courteous manner. Verify Front Desk bank and ensure all transactions are following proper cash handling procedures. Follow Hilton brand standards for 2 Hilton brands. What we're looking for: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk supervisor. Minimum of 2 years experience in the hospitality field. Ability to work both AM and PM shifts. Available to work weekends and holidays. Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to provide exceptional customer service. Good leadership and training abilities.
