Note - This position is for evening or night-shift role. Working hours will vary, but generally expected to be 5:30-11:30PM or 11:30pm-4:30am.As a Custodian you will be responsible the cleaning and upkeep of three historic theatre. Duties include keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition, performing cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and windows, and removing trash from inside to outside containers. Related services may include performing routine maintenance activities such as identifying and notifying management of need for repairs, and clean debris from around buildings. This is Night-shift role. Working hours my vary, but generally expected to be 5:30-11:30PM or 11:30pm-4:30am. This is a Part-Time position, generally expected to work 20 hours per week. Pay range is $19.97- $24.73, with a midpoint of $21.88/hour, pay grade 20ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.
