Job Description * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in custom machine design, build, or service within manufacturing or factory automation * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong communication and technical writing skills for customer and internal collaboration * Background in application engineering or cost estimating preferred * Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and robot controllers a plus * Experience with Visual Components simulation software a plus * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision * Willingness to travel occasionally MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
