This role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Asset Management professional to join a team that is well-respected within the industry. As a key thought partner in the organization you will play a crucial role in strategizing and optimizing their extensive portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management and strategic direction of the real estate assets to maximize profitability and asset value. Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives. Collaborate closely with the Vice President to refine and execute business plans, including capital improvements, leasing strategies, and operational enhancements. Monitor market trends and economic conditions, adapting strategies to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks. Ensure excellent performance metrics through effective leadership and management of the asset management team. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in asset management within the real estate sector. Experience with Argus and financial modeling Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a track record of achieving financial and operational objectives. Exceptional leadership abilities and adept at building relationships across all levels of an organization. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving and innovation.
