Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumenOrganizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track in a distributed global engineering ecosystemSelf-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environmentExcellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audienceExperience with Agile software developmentAdded advantage, if you have prior experience of leading database teamsResponsibilitiesLead and grow a high performing engineering team to build best in class operational excellence leveraging modernized infrastructure and AI assisted tools Accountability and ownership in achieving the Availability, Scalability and Resliency goals as measured by KPI’sCreate an environment where world class engineers can do the best work of their lives.
