**Descripcin de la oferta** Duracin de la oferta: hasta el 31/01/2022 **Funciones** En dependencia del Supervisor Embedder, las funciones del Team Leader sern: * Asesorar, coordinar y supervisar las tareas de los ingenieros de software. * Liderar el equipo, garantizando su eficacia, desarrollo y motivacin, fomentando los valores de la empresa. * Coordinar y supervisar los proyectos en cada fase del sistema de desarrollo SPICE. * Evaluar / coordinar el plan de gestin de riesgos del proyecto relacionado. * Reunirse con el equipo de ingenieros del cliente para iniciar el desarrollo de nuevos productos * Colaborar en las fase de presupuestos de los proyectos. * Coordinar el plan de gestin de riesgos de los proyectos. * Tener muy presentes los conceptos de PRL y Calidad de la empresa.

**Requisitos** * Formacin: Ingeniero electrnico, Ingeniero industrial con especialidad electrnica Ingeniero en telecomunicacin o equivalente. * Certificado/ grado en Project management valorable. * 5 Aos de experiencia en posiciones similares. * Conocimientos en programacin de bajo nivel C y de Firmware en general. * Conocimientos en herramientas del mundo automvil: Autosar, CAN, Misra, y metodologa SPICE * Metodologa Scrum. * Ingls Alto Pensamos en un perfil con liderazgo, capacidad analtica, orientado a cliente y resultados, capaz de hacer evolucionar los miembros de su equipo. **Se ofrece** Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional *
