Karl Malone Toyota Service is seeking an enthusiastic, empathetic people person to work in a fun service environment as our Cashier,Receptionist and Assistant Office Administrator. We help people who have had there car serviced in the service dept. Will also help Service dept. in it many many roles, on a day to day bases. If you are a person who would thrive in this type of environment you should definitely apply. Opportunities for on-going training & advancement are plentiful in this company. This job is full time mornings from 7am to 6:00pm Monday thru Saturday. Hourly wage based on experience. Come work for the Mailman.

Be able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.

Accuracy in following procedures and directions.

Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems.

Excellent personal discipline, time management and organization.

Good personal hygiene and grooming.

Good decision making skills.

Able to adapt to changing needs and situations.

Able to communicate and get along with co-workers at all times.

**Tasks preformed:**

Greet customers in person and over the phone

Listen to customer situation and needs and direct them to the best person to help them.

Interact with estimators, accounting and customers.

Deliver completed vehicles and accept and record payments in computer system.

Accept new repairs and get the proper authorization documentation.

Document and process the daily deposit of payments to accounting.

Scan and file completed repair jackets.

Open and close new repair files in computer systems.

Handle rental car contracts (outgoing/ incoming) with proper documentation and procedures.

Assist with service accounts receivable and document events.

Work Monday thru Saturday, will have a schedule days off and shift to work.
