Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, time horizons, and current financial situations

- Analyze clients' assets, liabilities, cash flow, insurance coverage, tax status, and financial objectives

- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and investment portfolio recommendations

- Implement financial plans by selecting appropriate investment products and asset allocations

- Monitor client accounts and plans, update plans as needed, and ensure portfolios stay aligned with goals

- Provide education and advice on topics such as retirement planning, taxes, insurance, major purchases, college savings, and estate planning

- Stay current on financial planning best practices, market trends, and new products and solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics required; CFP certification strongly preferred

- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Willingness to take on fiduciary responsibility and commitment to ethical conduct

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
