Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a temp to hire Robotic Press Brake Operator for a high-tech manufacturing company. This dynamic organization offers a friendly work environment, opportunities for advancement and good benefits.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00am - 8:30am
As a Robotic Press Brake Operator, you will be using a press break to shape metal by aligning and positioning material; maintain the machines; inspect metal for imperfections and overall quality; and follow blueprint and schematics.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs setup, preventative maintenance, cleaning, and operation of assigned press brakes.
- Ensures proper punch, die, package, and shape of product based on blueprint or work order.
- Maintains high level of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, GED, trade school, or equivalent
- 2 years of previous experience
- CNC Machine experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $20/hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
