Job Description

The Seasonal Key Holder supports the store prior to open during seasonal times in areas of opening the store and leading the pre-open team members who are picking orders. This position ensures productivity of Sales Associates who are picking orders by obtaining number of picked orders goals set by the store leadership team. This position contributes to the store and team in a productive manner through thorough completion of responsibilities as assigned by their store leaders and upholding others to do the same. This team member may be asked to complete additional responsibilities as assigned from the store leadership team to support in areas of transfers, cycle counts, and shipment.

Responsibilities
- Customer Service: End-to-end customer order process; lead and execute the on-line picking, packing and shipping the items in a timely, accurate and safe manner
- Sales: Ability to lead others in picking orders efficiently
- Merchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation
- Accuracy: Ensures accuracy of picked orders
- Communication: Communicates effectively with Guest, Members of Management, and Store Associates

Skills and Knowledge
Ability to lead other others, Able to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner, Enthusiastic attitude, Functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age; Customer service mindset; Basic math knowledge; Sales Principles; demonstrate empathy, active listening, patience, adaptability, and communication skills

Physical Requirements

Standing/walking 100%; Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
