Southeast Regional General Contractor is searching for an experienced SeniorPre-construction Manager for ground-up commercial projects for their Atlanta Division.

The Senior Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for:

Leading a team of Preconstruction Managers and Assistant Preconstruction Managers in preparing proposals, making presentations, soliciting subcontractor participation, preparing scope comparisons, training and directing preconstruction staff.

Driving the preconstruction process from schematic design pricing and proposal presentation to full construction document final price.

Requirements:

At least 7 years’ experience working for a GC or CM on commercial, higher education, healthcare, or concrete frame residential or hospitality projects in project management or preconstruction roles.

At least 3 years’ experience working for a commercial General Contractor or CM in a full time Preconstruction Manager role on ground-up commercial, higher education, healthcare, or concrete frame residential or hospitality projects.

You must have experience managing the preconstruction process for ground-up 3+ story concrete frame projects.

You must currently live in the Atlanta area or be willing to relocate here. Remote work is not an option. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.

Experience with AutoCAD, SAGE Estimating (Timberline), O.S.T. and AGTEK is a plus

A 4-year construction related degree is required.
