Oliver Royale is looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As part of our dedicated team, youll play a pivotal role in enhancing guests overall experience, making every visit unforgettable.

Compensation:

$3 hourly + tips

Responsibilities:Professionally and amicably providing all guests with exceptional serviceFocusing on performance, productivity and teamwork for the entirety of the shiftBehaving with poise and composure under pressure and high-volumeCommunicating to leadership and teammates when help/assistance is neededHaving extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar preparation techniquesExplaining menus to guests with ability to answer all questions seamlesslyAiding with opening duties, closing duties, and cleaning tasksDemonstrating proper drink construction and pour consistencyMaintaining bar cleanliness and stocking to a high standardAssisting with events/buyouts as neededQualifications:Bartending experience requiredHospitality experience requiredMust be eligible to work in the USAAbout Company

The Oliver Hotel is Knoxvilles nicest boutique hotel. With only 28 rooms, a fine-dining restaurant, and Knoxvilles original speakeasy bar, our goal is to deliver the highest quality service and experience in Knoxville.
