Our soft census cap helps manage workload, allowing you to focus more on patient care and less on volume. Supportive Infrastructure: You will work in a closed ICU with no procedures required, freeing you to concentrate on patient management. You will also benefit from dedicated Day and Evening admitting teams and a Triage Team that handles all calls from the ER and Transfer Center, enabling you to spend more quality time with your patients. Comprehensive Care Leadership: As a Hospitalist, you’ll lead the charge in managing Rapid Response, Stroke Alerts, Sepsis Alerts, and Behavior Assist calls, working closely with Internal Medicine resident teams. The CCU team handles Code Blue/Code 99/Adult medical codes requiring ACLS, ensuring comprehensive support across the care spectrum.
