We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Physician Assistant for a 50-day locum tenens assignment in Louisiana. This opportunity starts on Feb 2, 2026, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The role involves managing approximately 20-25 orthopedic cases daily in a dynamic clinical environment. Job Details Location: Louisiana Start Date: Feb 2, 2026 LOA: 50 days Provider Type Needed: Orthopedic Physician Assistant Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Responsibilities and Duties Arrive promptly at 8:00am to begin daily clinical responsibilities Manage and perform approximately 20-25 orthopedic cases per day Deliver patient care in accordance with current orthopedic standards and protocols Collaborate with physicians and fellow healthcare staff to ensure quality outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters Adhere to state licensure requirements and facility policies Additional Information Active Louisiana Physician Assistant license required Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
