Diablo Country Club is searching for an energetic, friendly individual to work full time in the Golf Shop. Experience in the golf business is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist members and their guests in purchasing items.
  • Assist members in booking tee times, lessons, and golf simulator appointments.
  • Assist the Professional staff with portions of their job duties as needed.
  • Accurately record all daily play on tee sheets.
  • Assist with merchandise presentation and inventory management.
  • Assist members and guests with pre-golf check-in, special orders, and any problem solving situation and policy information.
  • Open/Close the Golf Shop as needed
  • Daily dusting, straightening, and restocking of merchandise and fixtures.
  • Work directly with the retail manager in merchandising and rotating displays on a regular basis.
  • Assist in quarterly physical inventory counts.
  • Reorder counter items as necessary
  • Know product features and benefits
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
