PSYCHIATRISTS – Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment
Comprehensive and progressive behavioral health organization expanding services looking to hire Psychiatrists for outpatient and inpatient consultation.
Full-time permanent position but will consider part-time work.
Relocation Assistance to Florida provided.
Salary plus doctor productivity bonus and bonus for productivity of the team.
Psychiatrist will provide outpatient and residential care to patients showing a change or decline in mental status, chronic or urgent medical conditions.
Psychiatrist will work independently with other members of the medical team with entitlements to specific clinical privileges approved by the clinic’s Medical Executive Board.
Psychiatrist will perform patients’ histories and physicals, risk factor assessment, ordering of therapeutic and diagnostic tests, and attend to consultations and appointments.
Psychiatrist will provide consultation to the clinic’s nursing and medical staff for improvement in their work performance which will enhance overall quality service delivery of the clinic.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist
Licensed in the State of Florida as an M.D.
Spanish speaking a plus especially fluency in Spanish.
Proven professionalism and ability to deal effectively with patients, families, and a variety of internal and external resource.
Can live anywhere but targeting the Tampa/Trinity area of Florida.
Salary: $250K plus two bonuses: a physician productive bonus and productive bonus of the team they manage. High earning potential with bonuses.
