We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (On-Site) to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Location: OnsiteMiramar, FL
- Pay: $17/hour
- Start ASAP
- Hours: Must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 7am-11pm

- Inbound calls
- Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
- Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
- 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- High School diploma
- Detail oriented
