In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and quality of our workforce programs, particularly those aligned with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). Your duties will include managing internal tracking systems, conducting file and system maintenance reviews, assisting in the development and enforcement of quality assurance plans, and providing monitoring reports to senior management. Additionally, you will coordinate partner program meetings, conduct partner trainings, and develop and maintain standard operating procedures.Manage and update internal tracking systems, including WORCS, DropBox, and SmartSheet.Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all WIOA programs and other City-funded projects.Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality assurance plans.Conduct quarterly reviews to ensure standard operating procedures are effectively delivered.Recommend and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.Provide monitoring reports and customer satisfaction results to senior management.Prepare responses for City, State, and Federal monitoring reviews.Coordinate partner program meetings and conduct partner trainings.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.Coordinate training activities to ensure staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively.Assist in managing follow-up calls to WIOA participants.Participate in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures.Review and manage ITA and IWT contracts.Other work-related duties as assigned.QualificationsMaster's Degree preferred, Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of two years of contract experience, preferably with federal programs.Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to understand legal language.Proficiency in computer skills, including various software programs.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all personnel.Ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment.Must support the mission of the company.Additional InformationEquus Workforce Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
